He was in constant contact with us regarding houses to consider and, & when we decided on a specific house, he ensured we were well represented. Gregg Martin is a consummate professional and an excellent Realtor. I strongly recommend working with him, should you have the opportunity. I worked with Gregg for close to 10 years. For the majority of that time, he acted as the property manager for my condo in The Gables community in Gainesville, FL. I had never rented out a property I owned prior to working with Gregg, but his knowledge and professional demeanor evident in our first meeting immediately put my mind at ease. I moved several times during our working relationship, and he was always available to speak to me to discuss any questions I had. He guided me to setting the appropriate rent amount, screened and selected quality tenants, so my condo was occupied the entire time. Gregg handled all of the repairs and regular maintenance of the condo (like painting), hiring high quality professionals at reasonable prices. When I decided to sell the condo, Gregg acted as my representative. His knowledge of the real estate market was extremely helpful. He presented all offers and clearly outlined the positives and negatives of each offer. Gregg is an honest, trustworthy professional and I would not hesitate to work with him again, should the need arise.
