Each month I do a market review on numerous zip codes throughout Alachua County. This week my focus is on the zip code 32643. This zip code covers the area of High Springs and east to CR235 and south towards Newberry and west past SR 47. (See Map Attached). Our market has been changing rapidly for the last year.
